What do I need?
Your Google Business Profile and your list of sales, from your business software or a spreadsheet, with customer email or phone.
Can I ask only happy customers?
No. Google's rules forbid asking only satisfied customers, and Google can remove reviews collected that way. The agent writes to everyone.
Who sees my data?
Your customer list stays in your tools. The agent uses it only to send the review request.
Can I use it for my clients?
Yes. The agent is yours: use it for your business and for the work you do for your clients.
Do I need to know about AI?
No. We install it and tune it. You read what it proposes and decide.
Any other costs?
You pay us once, plus Support only if you want it. The agent runs on an AI service under an account in your name: you pay that usage straight to the provider, with no markup. On the call we tell you what it costs in your case.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, with a plan: from €79/month + VAT, with the agents you choose, AI credits, setup and our server included. Minimum 3 months, then cancel anytime.
